DATUK Ismail Sabri Yaakob has kept his media exposure to a minimum since being appointed Youth and Sports Minister following the March 8 General Election. Three weeks into his appointment, Ismail had a get-to-know-you luncheon with sports editors and senior journalists of the print and electronic media in Putrajaya yesterday. A soft-spoken man, Ismail also proved he had a steely side when he spoke of, Publish Postamong others, the Government-national sports association partnership, the probable end of the High Performance Training Centre in Brickendonbury, England and the need to reduce spending. Timesport’s VIJESH RAI was among those who exchanged views with the new minister.
