Fate Of Successful Coach

TnHj Ahmad Shafie (after taking over from Robert Alberts) guided Kedah to three consecutive Malaysia Cup Champion. He is the most successful coach in the country them. So he was given the task to coach the National team. When the National Team fals, he falls too. 

Hj Abdul Rahman too was a successful coach and given the national team. He falls too with the National Team. 

Norizan Bakar was a successful coach and nominated as national coach and he too falls. 

Now we are looking at Azrai Khor for successful in driving the Canaries to double treble. He is in the forefront running for the next Malaysian coach after B. Sathianathan was axed. This is a national assignment. Putting the nation beyond self is responsibility of a citizen. However, this national duty will be his downfall as history has proven it. 

A good coach is not the only ingredient of a successful. Football is teamwork. Its a blend of the coach, manager, players, supporters and of course FAM. 

A friend told asked me why Malaysia cannot be successful. He answered that the boys were not playing for Malaysia but just playing for FAM. Recalling, it seems he might be true. The jersey has an FAM logo on it and not the Malaysian Flag. Is it true?
