It is the normal ice cream and is filled in a flour casing before being fried. After being fried and ready this is what it looks like.
This is what is inside. Just imagine the ice cream did not melt totally even after it was deep fried. Are you surprise? This desert can be considered one of the rare food that you can find in Malaysia. Unlike other normal ice cream, you can’t find this everywhere.
