Athletes to have better varsity chance soon

This issue has been going on ever since but no progress has been made.
Ministers after ministers have pledged the same issue but it all go to square one.
School heads still give priority to academic development to the expense of sacrificing physical education and sports activities in their school. This is because school excellence is not based on sports glory but academic excellence. School heads will not be promoted based on his or her school’s excellence in sports. Therefore I doubt what the Deputy Minister said in his speech will be a reality.
