Malaysia X1 – Lost But Not A Loser

Malaysia XI was leading all the way from the first half but succumb to the more experience Arsenal side. Even though Raja’s boy lost to one of the best English clubs, they need to be praised for their good performance.

I don’t think Malaysian football fan will “curse” the team as their performance seems improving from time to time. I hope the team gain a lot of experience playing among the best football players in the world. Maybe coach Raja can spot loopholes in the team and mend them before their next assignment.

I agree with Asmawi’s comment over Astro 801 at the end of the program that coach Raja will have a different kind of headache now. His new challenge now is who will be in the first 11 as there are more and more talented players unearthed and for the players to be fielded first will also be more difficult. Chances might be slim.

Keep up Harimau.
