it is always a normal scene to see people smokes inside Pertama Complex at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. Tenants and some customers alike puffing away and definitely flouting the law. All air-conditioned areas are No Smoking places.
Why is there no enforcement from the building owner or does the authority check about it. This enforcement is a setback that encourages the public to disregards the rules. Hope the authority clamp down the bad habits and breaching of the rules. Where is the seriousness of the Tak Nak Campaign?
