How Far Is 10,000 Steps?

I just found this graphic while browsing through my PC. i am not sure where I downloaded this graphic but I think it is worthwhile to share.

Health ministry has advised us to walk 10,000 steps a day for health benefit especially for your heart. How far is that? Not everyone of will count our steps, rite? This graphic below can give you an idea how far to walk to achieve the target steps.
