What A Customer Service Behind BCard

I had LMAO this evening after I read an email from BCard Online Enquiry Customer Service in respond to my email. It was part of a series of exchanging emails between me and them online. I just can’t imagine what type of people they have to help members sort out things.

I sent an email inquiring about my BCard was stated as invalid when I wanted to register for a U Mobile Card.

You have to read the screen capture of the mails between me and them to understand what i mean.

Then I receive a prompt reply from them. It is a good sign that there are really someone to man their emails

BCard replied, bloody shit…………………..

Do you think they understand my question?

So the guy (or she?) who replied the email think I am so stupid NOT able to differentiate bewteen the BCard Number and a UMobile card number. HELLO READ THE RED ERROR MESSAGE.

I thought he/she can understand that I am not stupid as he/she think. But I am wrong. He/she still think I am stupid and do not know what Loyalty Card means. Hey there!!! I signed up for a Bonus Link Loyalty Card and a member since 1998 and well aware how loyalty card works.

I hope some Managers at BCard office read this posting and see who are the (shall I call him/her stupid?) people behind their Inquiry Desk? Or maybe just Bots manning their Enquiries

K-Pop Star Hunt Malaysia

The hunt was held recently at Berjaya Times Square on 21st September 2013 to search for Malaysian Representatives. Large number of aspiring contestants participated to realize their dreams of becoming professional singers – K pop style.

Putri Norizah and Ryan Thoo rose above all other finalists and emerged as the top two winners at the K-Pop Star Hunt S3 Malaysia Audition. The duo will represent Malaysia to train at the renowned Korean artiste management company, FNC Entertainment, with 14 other contestants across the region including Hong Kong, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand as well as Indonesia, a new addition to this year’s K-Pop Star Hunt. Together, they will battle it out to be crowned the ultimate winner of the talent reality series.

Finalist Putri — Putri Norizah, Finalist at Malaysia’s K-Pop Star Hunt

The hunt for Malaysia’s representatives at the K-Pop Star Hunt 3 kicked off with the call for online video submissions on 1 August, followed by walk-in auditions held at Berjaya Times Square from 11am till 1pm. All selected participants then went through a second audition from 2pm till 6pm. Eventually, two contestants emerged triumphant, winning the hearts of the judges with their talent and passion for K-pop.

Both Ryan and Putri will fly to Seoul in mid-October 2013 to train under FNC Entertainment. Regarded as one of the top tier agencies in South Korea, FNC Entertainment has churned out the likes of Korean music powerhouses like CNBLUE, Juniel, FT Island and AOA. After the weekly elimination rounds, the top 4 finalists will be heading to Singapore for a special final showcase concert for one last performance upon which the winner will be decided.

The ultimate winner of Scoot: K-Pop Star Hunt 3 will be offered a contract deal with CJ E&M and FNC Entertainment and undergo intensive training to be a K-pop singer. He/she also stands a chance to collaborate with artists from FNC Entertainment and make a stage appearance on 2014 Global M! Countdown with his/her own debut single.

Hari ini tersebar dalam Faebook video isteri pemain bolasepak Johor DT asal dari Kelantan tu, memaki hamun Pengawal Keselamatan.

Sedih juga tengok perangai seorang wanita yang masih muda memaki hamun seorang orang tua yang mungkin sama usia dengan bapanya sendiri. Dapat juga dilihat kelibat pemain Kelantan itu dalam rakaman tersebut. LIHAT VIDEO SINI

Sesiapa yang mendengar pun akan rasa kesal dengan sikap isteri pemain bola tersebut kerana Pengawal Keselamatan itu hanya menjalankan tugasnya menjamin keselesaan orang ramai.

Janganah anggap dia pemain bolasepak terkenal, ada keistemewaan tersendiri.

Malaysia bags first Gold at Islamic Solidarity Games in Palembang. The gold came through Lim Chee Wai in Karate, Kata. To date Karate had already contributed 1 Gold, Silver and Bronze.

World Car Free Day 2013

22 September 2013 is World Car Free Day. In Kuala Lumpur, to coincide with the Car Free Day, there was the sentul Race Series 2013 Circuit held opposite the Dang Wangi LRT Station as the start and finish point. Participants cycle along Jalan Sultan Ismail, Jalan Tunku abdul Rahman, Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Kuching, Jalan Dang Wangi.

After the Race circuit, the No Car Road was open to the public to cycle, walk, jog, roller skating and anything that does not burn fossil fuel to move. However I can’t find anyone on skateboard. Maybe its a new activity and later on when the public is aware about it, more will participate.

The half of the road involved was closed to cars to make it safe for participants. It was closed from 7.30 – 11.00 am.

22 September 2013 has been choosen as World Car Free Day as a campaign to reduce carbon emmission in the atmosphere.

I was reading September 2013’s issue and found this one application which I think can be useful for work purposes.

The apps is quip. It is a note taking apps than can be shares online and even edit with whoever you share online in real time. The apps for Android will be released later.

To use this apps you have to have a Gmail account where you submit your credential and Google will verify it. Thats why you need to have a Gmail account.
