I am sure most of you had watched and been following extreme challenges such as Fear Factor, Amazing Race or even the fun wipeout. Those are extreme adventures and humans from time to time do take up such extreme challenge to test his or her limit.
What is considered extreme?
Oxford dictionaries define ex·treme (ikˈstrēm/) as an adjective means “reaching a high or the highest degree; very great”.
So, this posting is about the above meaning.
Extreme sports? Extreme challenge? Extreme Adventure? Those are some activities that pose some challenge to one’s adrenalin and it test the limit of the participant physically and mentally.
Throughout my life I had been involve in some extreme activities. During my school days I took the challenge of abseiling and rapelling. It really test the my acrophobia limit. Acrophobia is an extreme or irrational fear of heights. So for someone who has fear of height will not be able experience the fun of rappelling. I taste my first rapelling at the age of 14 when I was with my scout troop. After that first trial, I do not hesitate any opportunity to rappel whenever there is a challenge.
My extreme adventure does not stop there. When there was an invitation for bloggers to join in the Bloggers Paintball Challenge in 2008, I submitted my application and join other bloggers for the challenge. Unexpected, my make shift team emerge as 1st Runners Up and that earn us a ticket to the National Paintball League in Division 4. Paintball is really a challenge physically and mentally.
The last time I was involve in extreme activity was the flying fox at Sunway Lagoon which is the longest in Malaysia but that was not challenging enough because of the water below instead of flying above the trees at Dusun Eco Resort in Bentong, Pahang. during my visit to Sunway Lagoon, I had the the experience of driving the All Terrain Vehicle (ATV).
For adventure seekers who want to test their adrenalin and physical challenge can try it out at Skytrek Adventure located within the Taman Pertanian Malaysia Bukit Cahaya Seri Alam, in Shah Alam. Get more information HERE. However before heading to prove your extreme bravery don’t forget to prepare yourself physically too. Extreme adventure needs lots of physical stamina and energy and the best preparation is to bring along your energy “Power Bank“. No I not the one you use to recharge your mobile gadgets. Hehehe……. Get hold of the Fastrack Energy Barfor your energy suppmement.
So, while enjoying the lush greenery of the Equatorial Rain Forest why not put yourself to test too. I’d love to test my physical, mental and adrenalin rush if there’s an opportunity. Skytrek is not just the place but its the place to do it.
There’s a trend of Facebook user are forced to share articles they want to see or video clips to watch. Do you find it annoying? If you want to watch, share it, or else forget about it.
Here is how to squeeze your way through. On your Task Bar at the top of your Facebook Page next to your Profile Name I Home I Padlock Icon, there’s a Flower Icon. Click and a Drop down Menu appears. Click Setting.
On your left sidebar there’s a list of menu and you click the Apps Menu
The list of all Apps that you allowed will be listed Find the Apps that your want to Edit or Delete and click your choice.
So, next time you are forced to share any video clips or articles, just accept it and after viewing or reading, just delete the apps from your Facebook profile.
By the way there is also a a way to remove the pop up that blocks you from reading any article or view videos. I might post another guide on how to overcome that.

Malaysians had been served for years with “tempered” political news over our mainstream media, TV and radio. Thanks to the internet that we get to read more reliable news and many of which are fresh from the farm and untempered.

Is it true that many newborn babies abandoned by “their genetic mother” usually were tagged with their birthplace as where he/she was found? If it is true then we pity the newborn victim because he/she will have to live with such tagging for life and feel the guilt and shame for life too.
According to the Johor Health And Environment exco member, the National Registration Department (Jabatan Pendaftaran Negara) has been listing the birthplaces of abandoned children with the exact location they were found.
