Help Stop Phishing
Received an email from CIMB Clicks today, a reminder about online scam. As usual I will read first whether it is a genuine mail or it landed in my Spam Box.
Banks will usually not ask online banking customers to perform any transactions through emails. If even there is just check who sent the email and where the email want to lead you. Just Right Click on the email address and Inspect Element. The inspect element window will show where the actual email arrive or where to send. Whatever it is, just be 200% wary since scammers will try and test any way possible to scam prospective victims.
The content of the email from CIMBClicks mention about “Phishing”

MH370 Misteri Kedua Selepas 1937

MH370 Assumed Lost But It Not Over Yet
Latest development was MH370 assumed lost in the Southern Indian Ocean, part of the world that has many options to be explored. The Indian Ocean is among the deepest in the world with wild waves ,wind and currents. The depth is deeper then the height of Mount Everest. In normal layman term we just can’t imagine how to search for a very small piece of aircraft in a vast ocean where the bottom not penetrable by light. Only special deep sea vessels has the capability to dive down and scour for the most precious Black Box that hold the answer to What Really Happen To MH370.
The tragedy opens up a new chapter in aviation history being the largest Search and Rescue set up by more than 2o nations and searching about a quarter of the earth surface.
While the SAR will still be ongoing, wind of sadness fills millions of people around the globe praying for the safe return of MH370. What more family members and friends who were on board the ill-fated aircraft. On day 17th of the search, Malaysian Prime Minister, delivered the news that nobody will want to hear. Flight MH370 had ended in the southern Indian Ocean. This conclusion was based on Inmarsat satellite data that tracked the pings of the aircraft. A Royal Commission will be set up to find what really happen to MH370.
Following the bad news search on the Northern Corridor had been called off and all concentration will be in the second corridor that is the Indian Ocean.
Meanwhile speculations still prevail online and many are relating precious cargo on board MH370. I am not summarising what was speculated but just give you the links.

MH370 In Memory – Assumed Ended In South Indian Ocean
It was confirmed by Prime minister that the missing flight MH370 ended in the Southern Indian Ocean. The confirmation was based on data by British Inmarsat satelite. Inmarsat and AAIB (Air Accidents Investigation Branch)concluded that Boeing 777-200 flew south and her last position was in the middle of Indian Ocean.
MH370 Whats In The Cargo Hold?
Before this we were told that there is no dangerous cargo carried on board MH370 besides passengers luggage and was mentioned tons of mangosteen.
MAS chief executive officer Ahmad Jauhari Yahya on 21 March 2014 denied the aircraft was carrying any hazardous goods and instead highlighted the “three to four tonnes of mangosteen” on the plane.
Four days after he admitted that there are Lithium Ion small batteries. He also mentioned that they are not big batteries and they are basically approved under the ICAO (The International Civil Aviation Organisation) under dangerous goods.sed
Personal view: if the aircraft crashed why Blackbox does not transmit any pings. If it really crash in the sea/ocean why there are no debris from floating objects in the aircraft. So the aircraft might still be intact and “invisible” smewhere. My 2 cents.
Meanwhile stuff.co.nz put a headline MH370 pilot ‘not suspicious’
Stuff reports, “Forensic experts examining the home flight simulator of Malaysia Airlines pilot Zaharie Ahmad Shah have found nothing suspicious, collapsing the only significant lead investigators have been pursuing to try to solve the mystery disappearance of MH370, police sources say”.
In another paragraph it mentioned;
Intensive scrutiny of Zaharie’s background has failed uncover any links to extremists groups or terrorism.
Investigations have also failed to find anything suspicious in the background of Fariq, who was due soon to marry another pilot.
Last 54 Minute communication
It was exposed by Telegraph, the last 54 minute communications between the aircraft MH370 and the control tower in the early morning of 8th March 2014, the day it went missing.
The exposed transcript was between the pilot, the control tower and other air traffic controller from 00.25 the time Boein 777-200ER take-off until her altitude reached thousands of feet above the South China Sea. The messages contained general orders fro the air control tower to the pilot and the detail communication starts at 00.36hrs.

MH370 Not The Only Mystery
Missing Malaysia Airlines (MAS) Boeing 777-200ER, MH370 is not the first plane of such mystery. However it has created the most chaos because of the presence of the social media and involving 26 nations in the Search and Rescue operation that today (22 March 2014) enters its 15th day since area missing on the 8th March while en route to Beijing from Kuala Lumpur. The search area had been extended to 2.97 million square miles.
Besides MAS flight MH370 there are other 5 mysteries involving airborne objects dating back to 1856.
Matiaz Perez, took off from Havana, Cuba in a balloon in 1856 and was never seen again. Without any tracking technology of modern aircraft, there was no way of tracking him and was believed he fell into the ocean.

Air France 447 disappeared from radar screens three hours after take off from Rio de Janeiro. It took five days for search crews to discover the wreckage of the Airbus A330 in the Atlantic Ocean, and two full years before the flight data recorder was recovered from the bottom of the sea.
It was later determined that the plane — which was flying on autopilot — had crashed after ice crystals formed on the flight instruments, which forced the plane’s autopilot equipment to disconnect, eventually causing the plane to stall. All 228 passengers and crew on the flight died.

Boeing 727-223 disappearance occurred in 2003 when it was stolen from an airport in Luanda, Angola. Formerly an American Airlines passenger jet, the plane was leased to an Angolan airline and subsequently grounded for financial reasons.
It’s believed by some that an American mechanic named Ben Charles Padilla was on board when the airplane taxied down the runway and took off. Padilla has never been seen or heard from since, and the plane has never been found.
Was Padilla alone when he took off? Did the plane crash into the Atlantic Ocean? Most analysts have concluded that the aircraft’s transponder was disabled or missing, making retrieval an unlikely event. Though numerous conspiracy theories exist, the mystery has never been solved.
Uruguayan Air Force Flight 571 The most infamous airplane disappearance ever, a 1972 chartered flight carrying 45 people from Uruguay to Chile crashed due to pilot error in a remote spot high in the Andes Mountains. Searchers from three countries looked for the plane, but after eight days, the search was called off.
During that time, the wreck’s 27 survivors struggled to remain alive in extreme cold with little food. After an avalanche killed an additional eight people, and with little hope of survival — especially after hearing a radio report that their search had been abandoned — the remaining survivors resorted to cannibalism.
Two people from the crash site, however, were able to trek through the mountains and find help. After 72 days, the last of the wreck’s 16 survivors were rescued.
Flying Tiger Line Flight 739 In 1962, a Lockheed L-1049 operated by the flying Tiger Line was transporting U.S. servicemen from California to Vietnam. After refueling at an air base in Guam, the airplane and all 107 passengers disappeared somewhere over the Pacific Ocean.
After an eight-day search involving thousands of people from the U.S. military, the search for the aircraft and any survivors was called off. The crew of a Liberian tanker claimed to have seen a bright light in the sky at roughly the time the flight would have passed over, according to TIME, but the disappearance of the aircraft remains a mystery to this day.
Glenn Miller Glenn Miller one of the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century, leading the Glenn Miller Orchestra to international acclaim and an enlisted airman during World War II. Before a scheduled appearance at a Christmas concert in Paris, Miller took off from an airstrip in England under heavy fog with his pilot, Lt. Col. Norman Baessell. Miller never arrived at his concert in Paris, leading to numerous theories about his disappearance.

If SAR fail to find and solve the mystery of MH370, it will be written in history as a technological age mystery because the SAR was conducted with the most modern and most sophisticated technological tools and even satellites. 26 nations (to date) involved.
MH370 Day 14
Another day begins with new hope from the Australian Setelite sighting of probable parts of missing MH370 in the Indian Ocean south West of Perth. Ships had been scrambled to the site with the hope to catch the object before being washed somewhere else by the strong current. To date nothing had been sighted.
Australian authority advise not to give all hope that the objects are really from MH370 because it might be other objects fallen from cargo ships. Up until the 5.30 pm Press Conference by Acting Transport Minister of Malaysia there is still now conformation from AMSA.
Meanwhile Search and Rescue aircraft from participating nations had congregated at Subang Airport turning it into the likes of a United Nations airport. These aircraft are ready to fly upon instructed.
