FREE Alkaline Food & Alkaline Diet Access

Many of us jump onto the diet wagon to reduce weight and there are many dieting tips and information from experts and from the internet. However have you heard about Alkaline Diet and Alkaline Foods?

What is alkali? Alkali is

  1. a chemical compound that neutralizes or effervesces with acids and turns litmus blue; typically, a caustic or corrosive substance of this kind such as lime or soda.

In our modern day living we find out that many people have nagging health problems. They’re baffled why they no longer feel as good as they did when they were a child. In fact, they haven’t got a clue. And that really makes sense when you consider the types of foods they’re eating day-to-day, and the dangerous, often toxic, medications they’ve used throughout life.

To remedy the above, medication is NOT the answer. This is because mainstream medicine ignored the role that diet can play in both health and disease. More recently it began emphasizing the need to eat healthier foods to keep illness at bay.

One of the most exciting discoveries has been the effect some foods have on the body’s acid-alkaline pH levels when digested.

What were the 2 tonnes? Lithium batteries weighed less than 200 kg.The Star 3rd May 2014

BALIK PULAU: The lithium ion batteries are back in the centre of the MH370 controversy.

According to NNR Global Logistics (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Batu Maung, the batteries formed only a small part of a “consolidated” shipment weighing 2.453 tonnes.

The batteries weighed less than 200kg, a company spokesman said. He would not say what the remaining 2.253 tonnes of cargo was.

Experts Think The  Missing Malaysia Jet Recordings Were EditedThe Malaysian Insider

Voice experts believe that the audio recordings from missing Malaysia jet 370 were edited, according to Elizabeth Chuck of NBC News.

At least two different audio sources recorded the tapes, the experts concluded, and one of those recordings may have been a digital recorder held up to a speaker.

Minimizing Traffic Woe At Bukit Jalil

It had been a nightmare (errrr, should be a morningmare of morning blues) on every working days for those who stays in Puncak Jalil, Taman LTAT and PPR Pinggiran Jalil to travel to work due to the only exit to Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil at Bomba Bukit Jalil traffic light. Sometimes even on an unlucky Saturdays and Sundays.

Previously it was a single lane.

It was a terrible crawl when at times a 50 metre stretch can take about 15 to 20 minutes just to get onto Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil. When I used to send my kid to SK Bukit Jalil about 4 km away, I have to leave home by the latest 6.30 so that he can arrive at school before the prefects stand at the gate to take down his name for being late.

This also contribute to drivers making illegal U turns and even though illegal, it helps reduce the number of cars trying to get out from Bomba. Then again there those idiots who do not know how to Q up and think of only themselves and created the unnecessary hiccup of the traffic flow.

Idiots at Bomba B Jalil Traffic light

The Persatuan Penduduk Puncak Jalil and DBKL made a wise move to open up another lane so that two cars can exit simultaneously and the traffic from Kinrara has to stop. The new traffic light starts operating on 25th April 2014.

I am not sure whether there’s a yellow box within the buffer zones of the traffic light. A few days ago I experience there are cars still violating the traffic light and it the normal practice of Malaysian drivers to do so.  Driving on Malaysian road seems to be the strong and don’t care less on the road will survive.
