The government has declared 22nd August 2014 as the National day of mourning in memory of the victims of the ill fated Malaysian Airlines MH17 that was shot down in Ukraine on 17th July 2014. Remains of 16 victims that had been identified will be flown back to KLIA,s Bunga raya lounge for a ceremonial reception.
